Terrible, slow, expensive bureaucratic company. They didn't tell me they'd charge an extra $200 just to reschedule the measure.

If I could leave a zero star I would......These folks are horrible to deal with. They send contractors out to level cabinets at an extra charge when cabinets didn’t not need to be leveled resulting in a 2 month delay. I order counter tops in March 2022 and it is now November and nothing installed. They do not work with customers on scheduling install, they pretty much tell you when they are available and no request for later appointments are acknowledged. I would strongly suggest stay away from Home Depot and Precision Countertops there are better providers that specialize in pleasing customers.

I hope someone reads these reviews. If you reviews all over like Yelp, Facebook, BBB etc. you will decide to go with another company. Precision countertops what a joke of a name. I had counters installed and my island they put on at an angle. It overhangs 1/2 different from side to side. I did not notice this right away.... somehow because I didn't notice it right away means that their bad work is my problem and want to charge $200 just to fix their "precision" work. Do not use them as a simple fix could solve the issue. Now whenever anyone comes over I am sure to point out the "precision" work that Precision Countertops does.... again what a joke.

This is an amazing company! So many choices, great quality, amazing staff and team to get you from start to finish! Love using a local company who provides amazing service! This is the second time we have used Precision, and I wish we had the need for more countertops so we could use them again! Alas maybe the next house...

Seamless. Precision Countertops is an awesome contractor. From the staff to the template measuring and installation, the process was seamless and the countertop is beautiful. The staff are very organized, professional and respectful of your time. The staff will call to check-in on the installation date and remind you of the requirements needed for the template and installation. My next project is a kitchen remodel and I will definitely use Precision Countertops.

It was excellent. They provided excellent communication every step of the way, realistic timelines, excellent craftsmanship, minimal disruption, and left the work area clean. We would hire them again in an instant!!!

It was perfect. They took accurate measurement electronically. Everything fits well. I am very pleased. Reasonably priced.

We did a kitchen remodel in March 2019. We went through Home Depot for our quartz countertops as the price was better. I later realized they go through Precision Countertops in our area and after seeing the reviews, I was slightly worried. However, it was a very smooth process and the end product is beautiful. Cambra helped us schedule over the phone and was our main contact for scheduling. She was friendly and helpful and got back to me each time I left a message. When we realized the cabinets would be installed a week early, she was able to help get the templater out early too so we could expedite getting the new countertops installed. The templater was very professional and clearly did a great job because the undermount sink and fixtures, as well as the counters in general, fit beautifully. Part of this was probably that all appliances and fixtures were present for him to measure. The installers called ahead on the day of install and let me know they could arrive a few hours early if I was home (I was). At no time in the process did I feel like my time was disrespected or that I was being ignored and they helped to keep the process moving forward. Go into it knowing there will be some added fees for certain things but given the reasonable price, it's not the end of the world. We are very happy with our counters and it is the highlight of the kitchen.

Very satisfied with Precision Countertops. The knowledge base of all that I worked with was evident in their work and craftsmanship. They had lots of experience and took great pride in their employees, their workmanship, and their customer service. From the scheduler, estimator, to the template and the installers.... all had wonderful customer skill sets and knew their job. It was a joy to work with each of them. It was obvious to me that their efforts towards customer service were well aligned. This is a great sign of leadership of the organization from top to bottom. All the Precision Countertop employees were very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They paid attention to the tiny details necessary to assure our satisfaction. They were on schedule, timely, cleaned up after themselves and kept me well informed of all the steps along the way. They were very organized, professional, offered options and recommendations that I found helpful and hadn't thought about. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The process was flawless and all employees were prompt for their appointments. The quality of the countertop material and the installation service are both impressive! Our installer was phenomenal and a joy to have in our home; treating the install as if it were being done in his own home.

Just checked on the new installation of granite countertops in my rental unit and was very impressed! Fine craftsmanship and obvious attention to detail. My tenants are delighted, as am I. Outstanding quality of materials and workmanship. It feels like a strong investment and adds significant value to my rental townhome.

In a time when companies are rushing to do just enough to make a buck, Precision has gone over the top from start to finish. The people are friendly and will take all the time YOU need. We worked with Sam, Kambra, Marilyn, Jimmy, Eric and the rest of an install team and everybody is on target to get things done and done right ! Thank you, All ! I can't walk by one of the counter tops without sliding my hand across it and being pleased. Trust me, I am not one to be quite this complimentary normally (mostly because it is seldom so deserved) but we ARE this pleased.

The communication was great, and they showed up when they said that they would. On installation Robert was friendly and professional. There was a slight gap along one wall of the counter top, but some caulking filled and blended it perfectly. The slight mess that was made was cleaned up quickly too.

Despite it being a very busy time of year for them, I was pleased with how organized they were and how smoothly everything went. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. We are quite happy with the outcome.

Precision Countertops goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction! When the original installation of my laminate countertop developed a gap in a seam after a year, PC made good. This required special ordering my unusual colors and completely resurfacing both the top and the front edges of a counter configuration with multiple angles and faces. Mark, the jovial installer, singing as he worked, was efficient and professional, removing and reinstalling both my homegrown backsplash and the gas cooktop. I couldn't be happier with the final outcome. Thank you, Precision Countertops!

Our countertops are as beautiful as promised. Measuring and installation were done right, the first time! The order was completed early and the staff was great. I will certainly recommend this company.

I was very satisfied with the entire experience from the measure to the install. All of the contractors that came to my home was timely, friendly, and very professional. I was also super excited that once the final measurements were taken, it would be a 3 week timeline before the install date. I have had to wait up-to 8 weeks in the past with other companies.
