We always ask for Nathan, he knows our system, he likes our dogs and he is always up front about what if anything we need to keep an eye on and what the cost will be when it does come time to take care of it. We have had other technicians come out, they were fine also but Nathan we just really like. We always feel we can trust the work that has been done."

"We had a furnace issue 2 days ago. We were again fortunate enough to have Colby Dotson from AAA come out that evening as our service technician. He remembered us from a service 6 months ago, and he was every bit as friendly, professional and helpful this time as he was last May. He was able to diagnose the problem (needed a new control board) but because of the furnace type did not happen to have that board with him. He promised to make sure one was ordered the next day and even made arrangements to pick it up himself to return to install. He thought it would be 2 days, but to our happy surprise actually called yesterday. He had picked up the part and came out last evening to complete the service. He also took care of our regular maintenance needs rather than have us make another arrangement. We cannot more highly recommend AAA and Colby Dotson."
