"One afternoon when leaving our local Costco we noticed a booth advertising Lennox air conditioning for the home. After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system. To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there. On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. In a little over 6 hours the system was completely installed and thoroughly cleaned up. Overall, we could not be happier with this decision and highly recommend this company for anyone considering whole house A/C. Replacing 13 fans and 2 portable air conditioners is an elegant solution."

Phoenix was next on our list and Nick McDanel responded to our plight and was very accommodating in meeting with us immediately that evening. His quote came in below the others we had gotten for the same level of high-efficiency system we wanted and he was able to begin installation in three days. He installed the heater and replaced our 12 year old water heater at the same time at a discounted price. The entire installation was very professional and we feel that he saw to it that all details were dealt with to meet our every concern. "They did a great job. I'm very happy with it. It came to a little bit more because they had to add some additional parts and change out the copper piping and that sort of a thing. It came to $1100 all total. They did a fine job, a really good job. The Angie's List special was for a Rheem water heater and they actually put in AO Smith water heater. So I talked to them about that. I said, "Well, I have a Rheem furnace, I would like to have a Rheem water heater." They had already put it in, I hadn't realized it. So I said, "You're supposed to put the Rheem in," and then the installer contacted the owner and they were able to give me a 10% discount or something like that. So they did give me an offset of about $110 or something like that. So that was good, they made it up for it. So I was satisfied with that arrangement. I assume that they're both of equal quality, but I don't know for sure. I settled for the reduction in the price."
