"Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

"My wife and I had a great experience dealing with Richards’ Homes and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest experienced builder that takes great pride in their work. We built a second home on a mountain side in Front Royal so we were not able to visit as often as we would have liked to see the progress being made. But we were always pleased with the craftsmanship and the progress when we visited. The process was smooth with just a few hiccups along the way. Mr. Richard treated my home as if it was his own making sure everything was done correctly. At times, I felt like his trades and subs often went above and beyond and gave me the best service possible. Overall, we are very pleased with the workmanship and the completed product exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for the beautiful new home, we are very proud of it. It is everything we wanted!"

The entire contract team was prompt, timely, conscientious, and meticulous. As messy as these projects can be, they kept our home clean and as dust free as possible. Edwin and Christian made great recommendations and steered us toward sound decisions throughout the project. They found us a beautiful slab of quartz for the vanity and bath surround that looks absolutely incredible. We could not be happier, would hire them again and highly recommend C & Brothers!"

"The siding wasn?t installed properly over our front door and yellow jackets got in and built a nest in the wall. Mr. Branner said he would fix it and is now avoiding our phone calls. Very unprofessional after making 20,000 for the job . We had to contact an exterminator to come!"
