"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!"

It was very much a team process and everyone on their team was super helpful. The quality of the work their tradesmen did was just excellent. And we appreciate having a project coordinator, Manuel who came almost every day to make sure the project moved along. He kept us up to speed every step of the way. We absolutely love our new kitchen and can't imagine anyone doing a better job!"

"LFC Services and Home Repair was Great! My wife and I were looking to have specific work done on our brand new home that we didn't have our builder do when the house was being built. I contacted Tony Heard of LFC to come give us estimates on the things we wanted done. Mr. Heard was prompt, very courteous and respectful. Mr. Heard was very attentive and understanding of our requests. After the initial conversation with Mr. Heard we were excited to allow his team to complete the tasks. Once they got started they completed each task with cleanliness, efficiency and with understanding. They were always prompt each day. I would easily use them again if needed and would highly recommend them to anyone needing home renovations, upgrades or home repair."

"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Apart from the first call, all other interactions with Evolution Drafting were a bait & switch. From the appt. date for site tech to measure my home, to the experience and skill set of the tech that was sent, to the lack of communication, the experience was awful. Deadlines were not met, no explanation or apology given; only excuses and partial/incorrect work was sent, seemingly in an attempt to appease me. When I did finally receive the initial two drafts of the "as-is" drawing, they had not even captured the exterior deck and facade (windows, doors, garage, etc.) at all, and this was noted from the beginning as the primary scope of work and primary reason for hiring them. Further, nearly every dimension in the "as-is" drawings that they sent me, was incorrect. Existing doors, walls, windows were missing in two iterations of the as-is drawings; delaying the ability to share the concept and desired renovation scopes until there was a correct baseline. The deposit paid was a complete waste as I waited 3+ weeks for the site tech's visit, then the drawings did not start until 3 days before the next milestone set was due to me. In checking dimensions like the length of my existing kitchen, placement of the main entry door to the home, etc., I found all of them to be incorrect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were dishonest, did not pay their site tech vendor on-time, causing him to contact me with threats of leaning the project before we even had drawings to submit to the city and the management and project coordinators made promises that they did not even attempt to keep or follow-up on promised communications."

"My wife and I had a great experience dealing with Richards’ Homes and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest experienced builder that takes great pride in their work. We built a second home on a mountain side in Front Royal so we were not able to visit as often as we would have liked to see the progress being made. But we were always pleased with the craftsmanship and the progress when we visited. The process was smooth with just a few hiccups along the way. Mr. Richard treated my home as if it was his own making sure everything was done correctly. At times, I felt like his trades and subs often went above and beyond and gave me the best service possible. Overall, we are very pleased with the workmanship and the completed product exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for the beautiful new home, we are very proud of it. It is everything we wanted!"

"2 of 997 Urgent: Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work We are experiencing significant project management issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration.Their quality of work is good but project management sucks big time,. We started our bathroom rennovations on Nov 29th 2024 the project wsda supposed to be completed in 5 weeks now it is almost 2 months and the master bathroom still needs to begin constreuction. We have had 3 project managers so far. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the past week via our text messaging group and several calls, we have yet to receive any updates on a variety of outstanding work in the loft and guest bathroom that need to be done. This lack of communication and progress is unacceptable. While we understand that Elkay is taking a break, the responsibility for keeping us informed and ensuring the project stays on track should not be neglected. We are not getting proper updates about stataus of several pending issues and we feel like we are being passed around without any clear resolution or accountability. The most pressing concern is the arrival of the bathtub, as all further work on the master bathroom is stalled until it arrives."

"Mike will make sure everything is done to your specifications. He will pay attention to detail . . He will check on each project ans itâ s completed and if itâ s not done the way it should he will have it redone . He built my addition as quickly as conditions allowed . There were lots of hoops to jump through and he made it easier for me to figure them out . On top of being an honest and reliable contractor , he is also just a plain nice guy ."
