This is by far the best deck builder you are going to find in the area. Jeremy and his crew went way above and beyond to make sure we had an excellent experience and a very high quality deck build. His prices are reasonable and the quality and care that you get is worlds apart from other companies in the area.

JLM Deck Builders are perfect! MR. Murphy helps me to design my own covered screened in deck. The workman were competent and personable. Each day Mr. Murphy was in the work site and kept me posted and inspector say this work is perfect. JLM always does excellent work, as far as price is concerned, I believe you get what you pay for and have a perfect deck. A family member said "when your house fall down, that deck will still be standing" .

It went great and looks better than I thought it would. I initially was going to trust my neighbor's deck builder, but I decided on JLM Builders. I am glad I did! JLM Builders decks look much better!!

JLM Builders is excellent! Jeremy and his team are top-notch contractors and were well priced, had excellent communication and did a phenomenal job on our deck. I had researched numerous vendors and had gotten numerous quotes, so I had ballpark numbers of what this deck project was going to cost. Jeremy was the lowest priced vendor I spoke with, which initially gave me pause. I asked for recommendations, read his reviews and looked at lots of photos of his work before ultimately going with his team. I could not have made a better decision. Our deck looks absolutely amazing and has transformed our outdoor living space. The best part about working with JLM builders is Jeremy and his team. Jeremy was onsite each work day, took my calls personally, replied back to inquiries in a timely manner and jumped in to make minor tweaks and adjustments that I probably wouldn't have even noticed, but he did it "because it was the right way to do the job." I've worked with lots of good and not so good contractors over the years and Jeremy and JLM Builders is in the Top 1% of companies out there. I 100% recommend them!!!

It was an excellent experience from beginning to end.  Jeremy came out for an estimate and provided options (like the under decking system) that we had not even considered.  We received our quote promptly and were impressed that his pricing for the job was very fair.  The construction process went very well. The crew was here everyday and clearly was focussed on doing a quality job.  I was extremely happy with how the project was managed with everything we had discussed being done without any reminders from us.  Overall, the deck came out beautifully and has made a huge difference over our previous deck.  During the whole process Jeremy and his crew were very conscientious making sure that the worksite was kept clean and responsive when there were clarification questions.  We couldn't be any happier with the overall job.

These guys were professional, fast, organized and kept the site clean.  Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was incredible!  I will definitely use them again for any future projects.  A PLUS!

JLM Builders was extremely professional.  They arrived on the day the work was scheduled to begin.  At the end of each day, the crew made sure to clean up the area and store all of the supplies neatly and out of the way.  They were on time every morning and the owner of the company, Jeremy Murphy, made a point to stop by the site to check on the progress of the job.  He saw a need for additional privacy and was able to add that to the job as well.  The flagstone walkway is absolutely beautiful.  The entire job, both the deck and walkway/stoop were done ahead of schedule.
