Kevin built our custom built home. He worked closely with us to make sure we would be satisfied with the finished product. He knew it was not just a house but our home. It is now time for us to downsize to a smaller home. Third Day Builders will make the transition a lot easier. He was fabulous. He was quick, clean, and did amazing work. We have a lot of detailed moldings in our house, and he matched everything perfectly.

Contractor used unlicensed subcontractors and provided heating and air conditioning system that did not work. DO NOT use this contractor!
