Greg Lee Builders remodeled our basement in the summer of 2013, and did an outstanding job. I used his services again in the spring of 2014 to install some gutters. In both instances we were very satisfied with his work and would recommend his company to others. Before remodeling the basement I reviewed Angie?s List and got several quotes. Greg Lee Builders project proposal was the most reasonable, and the one that was most response to our needs. His review of the project site and his written proposal were also the most detailed. During our initial discussions, he made several very helpful suggestions that other contractors did not address in either their conversations with us or in their proposals. During construction, Greg Lee?the company owner?, his employees, and sub-contractors were always on time, maintained a clean work-site, and adhered to the project schedule. Mr. Lee was very response to any calls or emails, and quickly addressed any questions or concerns that we had regarding the project. More importantly, despite several change orders?that we initiated for additional work? that increased the overall cost of the project , Greg lee builders was able to deliver the project on-time and just under the project?s final estimated cost. While the gutter project in 2014 was a simple one-day affair, Greg Lee Builders was able to complete the task quickly and under budget
