Williamsburg Maintenance has been our choice for service over 15 years now and they never disappoint. They provide quality work for a wide variety of house repairs and remodelling needs. The team is professional and diligent. One unique thing that has always impressed us about them in not only their work, but their care of our property and clean-up during each job. The two huge porch columns had been an issue since the house was originally constructed, which was really a shame because we really preferred the look of them. Not only did they need constant repair because of rot, they were dangerously built to be structural without the support of large center posts. After discovering a very large area of rot again last fall, my wife and I decided to finally have them rebuilt correctly. We were very concerned about more rot in nonvisible areas. I researched for about a week before I found Williamsburg Maintenance on Angi's List, reading every one of the reviews before I made the decision. I called last December and had a great conversation with Phil Nader. I described to him everthing we wanted and needed. After some conversations over the following few weeks, we decided to move forward. He explained from the beginning that they were really busy with some staffing issues. It took a few months to begin work, but he stayed in touch during that entire period. Shamus and Sherman began the teardown on July 18th, and construction was completed with fresh paint on July 22nd. The columns were done PERFECTLY!....with a lot of attention to detail, which I greatly appreciate. The were very professional, neat, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of the work done and very satisfied with the price charged.

2 men arrived promptly after phone conversation.I described the issue I was having replacing the oven door and showed them the instructions I had for replacing the door.Within 10 minutes The men had successfully reinstalled the door. I found Williamsburg Maintenance on Angie's List and called to discuss the work that I needed to be done. Phil Nader was very responsive to my phone calls and we were able to agree on a proposal and estimate. Mr. Nader maintained regular contact with me as we dealt with winter weather conditions to set a date for the work to be done. The crew arrived on time and completed the job in one morning. I am very satisfied with the work done by Phil Nader and his crew, particularly in the areas of competence, friendliness, communication, and price.

Williamsburg Maintenance was great. Phil Nadar arrived at our house, we talked about the job and he told us how to get material supplier to deliver the siding piece to his shop where he painted it the correct color to match the rest of siding already in place. Williamsburg Maintenance installed the piece and it looks great! Would highly recommend Mr. Nadar and his company.

Williamsburg Maintenance did an outstanding repair in our shower. Initial tiling (less than 3 years ago) was poorly done and there was water damage to the flooring underneath the shower. W'burg Maintenance's crew was absolutely professional and their attention to detail was amazing! The job was done right and matched the estimate for the repairs. We would definitely hire them again for any work needed.

Talked to him while he was working in my area and he mentioned he was really busy. Was going to show up but never did. Found someone who could do it $1000 cheaper.

It didn’t. When he came to my home, we discussed power washing my house, the gutters and roof and my yard of placing water pop ups to drain access water from my yard. I specifically asked him several times about the roof and gutters and he told me everything was included. Ok, 3 or 4 days later he called back and we were discussing power washing and I clearly remember asking about my gutters and roof. He proceeded to tell me that he NEVER AGREED TO POWER WASH THE ROOF. That’s not true. I clearly remember this conversation because I asked about it but there is some misunderstanding here.The quote he gave me was fine for the house and there was a separate price for the yard and I was hoping to get an quote on my yard but he denied the discussion about cleaning the roof and told me when he called “he doesn’t clean roofs.” Not True!!! I’ve known about his company for years and he’s done excellent work for a family member of mine who passed away this year however we were looking forward for his services. The discussion on the phone did not go well when he reneged and said I don’t clean roofs. I said that’s not what you told me, you said it’s included, several times I said that. At that point I felt, it’s not going work out because of what he previously told me. I just think there was a misunderstanding. He has a nice personality. Excellent. We have used Phil for years. Shamus his lead supervisor can be depended on to go beyond the obvious issue and finds the systemic problem that needs repair. The Florida room had a water leak but Shamus identified a vent stack problem were the flashing was letting water enter with roof damage and water entering the Florida room ceiling with a water leak. This is not the first time Shamus has done this and in some cases, the fixes are just preventative maintenance.

Phil and his crew did an excellent job replacing rotted wood in several areas of our home. A couple of areas of damage were not evidently visible, so they were going in without prior knowledge of the extent of the damage. However, they were able to tackle all the repairs in an efficient and timely manner. They were very accommodating in scheduling the work, and provided helpful guidance in various options to accomplishing the work. And they are pleasant and hard workers to boot.
