He worked hard and completed the work in about 8 hours, divided between two days. This kind of work is not inexpensive (given the time involved), but we believe it to be a good investment."

"I was a long time customer with S&S Carpet. We're a newly retired military family and while living in 2 different rental homes during our time in Chesapeake, VA we used a couple different carpet cleaners before finding S&S. I can tell you without hesitation that Sirlance & Shermelle (S&S Carpet Owners) are the hardest working and most dependable people, not to mention the amazing results you will see in their work. In our first house, we had a couple old/unknown stubborn carpet stains that wouldn't budge with 2 other carpet cleaners. I had S&S come out and he tried one method, but it didn't come completely clean. As promised, he came back out at no extra charge and after the 2 method he tried - perfect results. We used S&S for carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, as well as the fabric seats and carpet in our daughters car. Always thorough and great results. When we moved to our second rental house to get us through our last year as an active duty family, it was in much need of carpet cleaning. Again, S&S came through. Despite it taking 2 times to get it to my desired level of clean (not due to S&S - it was really old, neglected carpet) Sirlance succeeded.
