"Class Act! A True High-Quality Contractor As we embarked on an exterior renovation of our 44-year-old home that included new windows, siding, doors, gutters, and columns. We were nervous as this was surely going to be a large sum of money and a headache for a week or two. Prior to deciding on hiring Elman’s Contractors we got prices from 3 other companies which were $5-$8K higher in price then Elman. Also, the other contractors didn’t listen to our needs so we decided to hire Elman’s Contractors. Great Decision! Elman setup an appointment to meet at his material distributor so we could see and choose the materials to be used on our home. Due to COVID-19 manufacturer shutdowns the materials delayed our project as we needed all items on-site for the renovation to begin. Elman had the sales representative from Alside Distributors keep us updated on the material status. As the start day arrived, Elman and his foreman “Shorty” arrived with the crew to provide direction and get started with the demo and installation. Throughout the 5 days of the renovation everyone on the Elman’s Contractors crew treated my home as if it was theirs and did an outstanding job. We are so pleased with the outcome. Elman was very responsive to a small issue that needed to be adjusted after the work was complete. Elman and his crews were phenomenal to work with before, during, and after. "Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."
