"Thank you for your comments. I’m sorry I had to find out about your dissatisfaction this way. I take great pride in the work we do and the many customers we have helped. I am truly sorry for my office not communicating with you as we should have. There is no excuse I can offer. I would like to give you my findings from interviewing my team and share pictures of the work and have sent you an email detailing this information. I truly am sorry that we upset you in not being able to complete the additional room with the vinyl faced insulation and for the other concerns mentioned above, but the work was completed as specified and as the pictures show(included in my email to you), was in good quality. I feel our biggest failure was not responding back to your concerns when you emailed us. This is not how we normally operate.
