"I went with the Drying Company. They took pictures under my crawl space which showed mold. They suggested spraying for that, using the foam installation, a foam board door panel to be installed behind exitting crawl space access door. Also we got a free Wireless Hygrometer. This helps display the temperature and humidity inside our crawl space. I felt they were more professional in explaining everything for this project before beginning then Four Seasons."

"Randy came out and provided me a quote. He told me they were very busy and that it would be 7 - 10 days before he'd be able to send someone out. I was bewildered and very surprised when they showed up the next day and did the work. It took about 1.5 hours and they were done. The cost was exactly what I was quoted and reasonable. I will hire them again."

"Overall fine install, had a hiccup with equipment that delayed finishing project two days. Put forth a lot of effort to protect surfaces from over spray/cross contamination. Had appropriate personnel protective gear for the crew of two men. Created a complete air tight envelope for the 2 story shed. Pleasantly surprised over the overall improvement in building structural strength. Area for improvement is the notification of customer when in route to the job and when arrive onsite. Cost was a little high, but great product/quality, you get what you pay for. Better than the cheaper options justifies the price. Easy to work with... Before and after photos attached..."
Unsealed porous foundation walls. Efflorescence has grown along the outside walls.
Plastic is laid out to protect the freshly pained walls and floor.
Open vents in the foundation walls allow outside air and moisture to infiltrate the crawl space, increasing the relative humidity and allowing mold spores to thrive inside.
Spray foam application in progress on warehouse walls.
The dirt floor is exposed, which will allow the moisture from the earth to rise uncontested into the crawl space, adding to the increase in relative humidity.

"Rick and Linda were amazing.  Rick is so talented -- his woodwork is absolutely beautiful.  All work was done to code -- never any issues with inspections.  For the most part the subcontractors used were professional and also did amazing work.  As I wasn't on site most of the time, Linda made sure every detail was fully discussed before execution.  The plans for the kitchen went back and forth many times, to include a layout drawing on the floor which was extremely helpful before I made the final commitment.  The only exception was the HVAC contractor, who did a great job with the system, but did not coordinate before making an aesthetically unpleasing installation which had to be changed (Linda took care of that) and also left a mess in the room (which I cleaned up).  The work did take longer than anticipated, but that was likely due to unforeseen complications which needed to be remedied (original footers which were not to standard and therefore had to be replaced; cement walls still resident in the original house which needed to be removed before lifting; etc).  The price was probably higher than other contractors, but the value was tremendous.  Completely trustworthy I used RLC before this major work and will use them in the future."

Eifs Installers questions, answered by experts

Adding windows to a house is expensive. Budget roughly $5,800 to add a single window, and double or triple that to add two or three. In some cases, adding a single window can exceed $20,000, depending on the type of exterior wall, the size of the window, the type of window, local permit costs, and other factors.

DIY is possible for experienced individuals. Professional installation ensures compliance with building codes and proper sealing.

Yes, with modifications or the use of adapter kits for tricky placements.

Costs depend on window size, type, material, and labor. Custom shapes or sizes typically incur higher expenses; full installation includes removing old windows.

The proper way to install a window well is to measure the window, dig a hole deeper and wider than the window, place a drainage tube and cap, anchor the well to the foundation, caulk the seam, and backfill the hole. The job requires tools such as a hammer drill and auger and some heavy digging. Proper placement and window well installation are critical to preventing water from leaking into the window.
