Overall, we are happy with the results. The new roof looks great. Our issues dealt with managing expectations.
1) When the rep visited us (Gage), one of the biggest selling points for us was the fact that the yard would be protected above & beyond a 'typical' roofing job. The picture in the briefing showed a tarp slide that would have protected the plants and reduced the debris and plant destruction. When the crew arrived, they barely tarped one section of the front and back, totalling about 25% of the yard. Debris, however, surrounded the entire house. Some plants got damaged. They did clean up when all the work was done.
2) There was a language barrier. The workers showed up as scheduled, but were unable to answer questions we had. The foreman (Kevin) was working multiple locations, and didn't show up until the early afternoon. I was able to text him, but it would have been good to have an English speaker at the very beginning.
3) The project took two days, not the planned 1 day.

I’m extremely blessed with the work that was done on my gutters - not only the quality of the work but how quickly it was done, how well it was explained to me, and how they paid attention to details. Jose and Luis did a great job, even going the extra mile sweeping down spiderwebs on my porch that has nothing to do with the gutters. I highly recommend them.

Custom materials took a while to come in, but the company kept in contact the whole time about where we were in the process. Installation of ten windows and siding along the top floor, soffetting and trim, taking down the gutters and wrapping the wood in aluminum, all done in less than a week. The project lead, Chad Whitmore, was able to answer all of our questions and concerns promptly. Looks great!
