"We had 2 bathrooms redone and are very happy with the final product! Our team, lead by Tate, was very professional and responded to errors and changes very graciously and promptly. The downstairs bathroom was made with a zero entry floor and I had them put a track system on the ceiling for a curtain since the space was small and I didn't want any glass. I have elderly parents and needed ease of use in the space. They stripped it down to the studs and put waterproofing on the entire floor, dropped the shower floor down to the joists and poured a custom shower pan. No curbs to trip on. In the Master, they removed my old huge jacuzzi tub, stall shower and block window, removed the wall and expanded my linen closet. Took out my old vanity and toilet and had a custom vanity built with A quartz countertop that we went and picked out at Stone. There were a few bumps here and there but the team met each challenge with a positive attitude and made sure I was satisfied with every step along the way. We are very happy with both bathrooms and will hire them again to do another bathroom in 2026."

"My wife and I are very, very pleased with Tidewater Pro Build’s remodel of our master bathroom, and we are not the easiest customers to please. We had discussed a remodeling project for several years but it became a necessity when our master bathroom shower developed a leak that started to stain and drip through the ceiling of the room below it. After two different plumbers could not find the source of the leak, we knew something drastic had to happen, and that is where Tidewater Pro Build comes in. I called and left messages with several contractors and posted inquiries on several contractor websites. A few of them ignored my requests. One contractor said that most of his men lived in Virginia Beach and would not want to drive as far as Suffolk for a job. Tidewater Pro Build responded to my website inquiry in the middle of a Sunday morning. Frank, the Sales Manager said that when he saw that we were having a leak through the ceiling, he knew the job was urgent and wanted to make contact as soon as possible. Frank met with us later that day and just a day or two later, Tidewater Pro Build was at our house to troubleshoot. They had to take down the drywall around the shower to find the leak, but once it was isolated and the living room ceiling dried out, they did a beautiful job in repairing and painting the ceiling. We did a total makeover of the bathroom. Frank made some design recommendations during the initial walk-through planning. We met with Trey and Brian to develop our design and lay out our plans. Along the way, Trey made several very helpful suggestions that kept our supply costs under better control. He recommended strongly that we stick with one line of plumbing fixtures to ensure that the finishes matched throughout the room. Trey offered a very creative solution to our problem of where in the bathroom to relocate the linen cabinet. The demolition phase went very quickly. The rebuilding phase proceeded much more slowly, as they predicted it would. Quality work takes time. We needed the job completed by a wedding-date deadline, before out-of-town family started to arrive. And even though, about a week before the deadline, it looked like the project would not be finished, we had a fully functional master bathroom in time for the wedding. It was not a rushed patch-job to get the project finished; the last phases of the job were done as carefully and with as much craftsmanship as the earliest. There were a few touch-up items that needed to be addressed after the wedding and those were done on schedule. When we found a few more add-on punch list items we wanted fixed, Tidewater Pro Build did not hesitate to come to our house and correct them promptly. Sales Manager Frank even came out to inspect the project when it was completed to ensure our satisfaction. This is the kind of customer service anyone would want from their home contractor. We now have a beautiful, designer-quality, custom master bathroom that is one of the prettiest rooms in the house and one of the nicest you will ever see. I will forward photographs to Tidewater Pro Build to post on their Facebook page when we have all the furnishings and décor in place. There are a few already. "Everyone; from the salesman that initially came in and explained the services offered, to the installer that completed the work; were completely professional. They efficiently removed the old shower and extended the original space to twice the size by removing a dead space wall. All of the wood and insulation was replaced and the plumbing updated. The final product is elegant and spacious. The installer in particular took great care to make sure that every evening after working that the space was cleared of clutter. When the shower was finished, he made sure to clean the space and returned everything to where it was before he came in. Everyday he would update us on how the install was progressing and when he would expect to be complete. Our new shower is everything we were promised and more. The extended size of the shower and the hanging glass doors gives the entire room an completely new feel and openness that was previously missing. "We had a leak that ran behind our siding, which caused the wood to rot. Steve removed our siding, replaced the wood, put down a new moisture barrier and replaced the siding. In addition, we asked him to construct a roof over our front entrance door which involved adding support columns and cutting our handrails to fit the columns. He did a wonderful job, was always easy to reach/professional and completed the work quickly."
