"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

She asked me to send pictures of each, which I did. She gave me a cost of $350-$500 estimate for the shower door, but reserved the cost for the step rails to the Handyman when he arrived. She set the arrival for Dec 12 at between 12-1:00. I received a text the day before to confirm the visit no time and I replied. I had asked for a courtesy call before he came, but received none. He showed up at 8:00 AM . Unacceptable to me, for we are retired and I was still asleep. I told him his mistake was he didn?t ask for me, for I was the one that had call.
