A few days later he came back and dug a 3-foot sump pump pit and installed it, removed and replaced my old vapor barrier, installed two new water heaters, a new dehumidifier, and a new pressure tank. It's been a week now and I've been checking my crawlspace regularly. Although it's continued to rain everything has remained dry. Best of all he warranted his work for 2 years.
