He showed up early.  Got the job done in a reasonable time.

WOW!!!  From the initial contact via email we were provided with a detailed answer to every question we asked by Jake's wife, Dawn.  She gave us a price for what we wanted done immediately and that price didn't change after the work was done.  We knew the exact name and model number of the filter we were getting before we even set up the appointment.  We were given the price that included the filter and installation.  We shopped around and did further research for a couple of weeks before deciding to get the work done.  We contacted Dawn again and she was super helpful and provided the phone number that we needed to speak with Yolanda to get added to Jake's schedule.  Yolanda was very professional and worked with me to find a date that worked with Jake's schedule and ours.  We knew that they take pride in their company just from our initial contact and setting up our appointment.  Our appointment was scheduled and Jake arrived between the one hour time frame we were given.  He was polite, professional, and very helpful.  Jake installed our whole house filter and cleaned up everything.  His work is very neat and professional.  Jake took time after installing to go over everything we needed to know about the filter as we took notes.  He also let us know that if we had any questions in the future that we could call him or email Dawn.  I honestly feel that he truly meant that and would be more than willing to answer any question that came up later.  We definitely found the best plumbing service!  Jake takes pride in his work and it shows in the business that he runs.  We will definitely use A-Master Plumbing for our next project.

A-Master assessed our plumbing issue (bad check valve on well pump and bad pressure tank). Quote for repairs included pulling the pump to replace check valve. Cost was quite a bit more than another plumber quote we had received so we went with the cheaper option (also because that plumber was under contract with our home warranty company). Was very impressed with A-Master plumber's professionalism, speed of diagnosis, punctuality, explanation of repairs needed, and communications. They were definitely superior in those areas to the cheaper plumber, but for this job we decided the cheaper option was sufficient.

We have been using Jake Martin for nearly 10 years. Jake is professional, responsive, fair, honest, and easy to work with. We have been very happy with the service that we have received from this firm over the years.

Called him late Friday that our water supply was going on and off.  He asked if we could hold off till Monday and I told him surely as the water was working, but going.  He called SUNDAY just to make sure we were ok.  Told me a few suggestions to make sure the water stayed on.
Showed up on time and gave me a few options on repair and price.
Completed the job in the rain.  
Fantastic attention to running a good business and treating his customers fairly.

I had a brand new hose bib installed and a leaky hose bib fixed.  They showed up on time (early in fact!) and got the work done quick so I could go about my day.  This will be my first call for my next plumbing project!

My previous heater was over 20 years old and rusted at the bottom. I was concerned that it would start leaking soon.  Jake ordered the appropriate size replacement and installed it within the week.  The installation and removal of the old heater took less than 1.5 hours.  He is very organized, detailed and conscientious.  He has done other work for me in the past and I have always been pleased with his work.  His prices are a little higher but I would rather pay the extra and know that I am getting someone who stands behind their work, is trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable as well.

Other than some difficulty in scheduling communications I could not be more pleased.  Jake was able to offer his own insights and suggestions to what we were looking to do with the bathroom in our new basement (finishing the basement from unfinished).  His suggestions saved us several thousand dollars and did not change our layout dramatically at all.  We love our bathroom and basement (which passed final inspection today)!  We will be using this company again.  We have two more projects which include plumbing and will not question the quality of the work A-Master provided.

They were recommended to us by our real estate agent. Jake has been very responsive and the best plumber in the area that we’ve worked with!

The work was done on schedule, passed inspection and looks and works great. We are extremely pleased with the finished bathroom. We had a very short timeline and they worked with us to get the job done, as with previous experience, they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Mr. Martin arrived early. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly isolated the problem  less than 1 hour, start to finish.

They were excellent. It is a husband and wife team with one other employee. The wife answers the phone and can give you all the information and prices over the phone. She was very informative about the propane heater, which is a little different than the normal heater. They were just fantastic. The husband covers one side of town and the other employee covers the other side, so they cover a wide area. They gave me an $80 discount as well. I was very pleased.
