Travis installed a casing liner and a new pump in my well. I watched about 20 youtube videos to concur that he did everything properly, he was textbook perfect. He didn't seem bothered by my million questions and was able to diagnose my well problems accurately. We now have clear water once again even after heavy rains. They charged me exactly what they said they would and that was not much compared to drilling a new well. I'm glad I found these guys! Mike Ledbetter, Churchville, VA.

I hired this company to remedy a water line leak. Stated the well tank was defective and replaced the tank and fittings also replaced my well pump . He gave no proposed cost nor did he discuss replacing my pump, which was working properly. Neither did he present a statement when finished. I have no record of his presence except a credit card statement of 3500,00. What a shock, and I still have the leak somewhere in the system. All was in vein!!!

Cory did a phenomenal job, courteous professional Cory, diagnosed the problems, who are well in our water problems within less than 10 minutes he had to replace, put a new sleeve and a new pump pressure tank and now we got a clean water

Replaced well pump, did a great job! A little expensive but worth it considering it was on a Saturday and it was a good quality pump and good quality work. I would definitely recommend.

The plumber came ill prepared, over an hour late, spent over an hour at Lowes purchasing basic materials he should have had on hand. I agreed to pay for parts, but not for his shopping time. He even took a lunch break and then asked me to pay him an additional $100 for labor at the end of the job, which I declined to do.

John Dexter was very responsive. I called Tuesday evening and he was able to talk me through all my choices and got the new water heater and installed it the next day. This was wonderful because my renter's had guests arriving for Thanksgiving. He and his wife worked very hard to get my claim approved through my warranty company, which I appreciate greatly! Very nice and knowledgeable, and did a very thorough job.

John came out and did a complete free inspection of my sediment problem and gave me an estimate for the cost of repair. He was courteous and professional and determined my well head needed repair. His prices were very reasonable and we set a time for him to do the job, He arrived promptly and completed the job in one day. I highly recommend his services. If you want a professional plumber to do a job call DEXTER.

I contacted this company and the owner came out. I described my issue and he immediately started to work on my system. All I wanted to be an estimate for my project. He started working before he gave me an estimate. So I ended up going with him for my project which was to replace a good pump. He said he was going to need half down, I agreed. I gave him my CC info and he charged me the full price then and there. When the installers came. They were nice. Easy to talk to. Did not mind me watching. When they finished, you would have thought that it would have been prudent to run the pump to get clear water first seeing how I have some muddy zones in my 365ft well. No, hooked it straight up and I had to deal with muddy stinky water for just over a month! Not to mention I had to have my water softener serviced and my acid neutralizer as well. Oh and drain my water heater 4 times to get all the mud out of the bottom. But wait, there?s more. My wellhead was leaking, like running water out of it. The installers did not tighten any of the bolts or even put it on the way it was supposed to go. I had bare wires showing and one installer just put tape around them. Me not knowing how to exactly do this job. I could have done a better job. There was no attention to any type of detail whatsoever! I would not recommend this company! The only reason I gave them as many stars were because of one of the installers. I ended up spending an additional $475 and I still have smelly water.

Mr Dexter was very knowledgeable, courteous, and fair priced. He is a master plumber with many years experience. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs any major or minor plumbing work!

John Dexter arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what he had to do and why and helped to educate us on our well and water tank. We had our well pump go out and he quoted us a price that was below others and then he worked with us on paying it in a way we could afford. John installed a tankless water heater. He placed it in the right location and followed up when an adjustment was needed. He knew what he was doing.
