"Bruce spent over an hour inspecting our interior drainage system, our sump pump, our gutters, and our downspouts; moving our garden hose from place to place in search of a leak; and even playing T-ball with our toddler while waiting for the water from the garden hose to come out of the downspout drain at the curb. He was thorough and honest. In the end, he determined that the small puddle we had seen was most likely due to condensation. He recommended that we put 6 mil plastic behind the drywall before repairing it so that condensation will run down into the drainage channel. He also recommended that we run a dehumidifier into the sump pit.
