"I'm an absentee landlord. The tenant called and said water was leaking from around the chandler in the living room. I hired Bledar and crew based on a recommendation from a realitor. Turns out the plumbing behind the bathtub on an upper floor had corroded. My house is in Old Town Alexandria and has a lot of deferred maintenance. Bledar come over the next day and removed part of the living room ceiling and walls in the bath. It was pretty bad. He recommend a full renovation. He worked with the tentant and together they visited various stores to pick out tile, fixtures ... It turned out great!!! So good that I immediately hired him to renovate a 2nd bath which was also leaking and an adjoining area. Again he went with the tenant and handled all of the details. I can't recommend Bledar enough! Spectacular work, friendly, fast, diligent and very reasonably priced (I had 2 other contractors price the work).
