"My backyard had a draining problem that had gotten worse over the years. During a hard rain, water would sometimes end up in my basement. After a hard rain, large portions of my yard retained water for several days where my young grandchildren could not play in it. To say the least, this water problem was very problematic. I went online and found several local companies. Each had a different “French Drain” solution and the price ranges were widely different. Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions’ solution was the lowest. Adrian, the owner, explained in detail the recommended work and their website had numerous pictures from other jobs showing what he described. This gave me the most confidence they were the company to solve my problem. After agreeing to terms, I received a detailed invoice showing everything he described. Each “project” had a line item, detailed description, and cost. To solve my draining problem, Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions installed three French drains all tied into an underground pipe dispensing water at the perimeter of my yard. In addition, they installed several catch basins at key points to maximize the amount of water captured. They regraded major portions of my yard, connected a downspout to the drain, and shored up other areas to speed drainage. Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions also installed a paver walkway from my driveway, around the left side of my house, through my fence gate, to my deck, including a French drain along the left side of the walkway. The crewing doing the work was very thorough and paid meticulous attention to detail. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the work. My wife and I both agree the results are beautiful – and that is saying a lot for an above ground French drain. As a company, the receptionist answering the phone, the owner, the crew chief, and his staff were all very professional and friendly. Communication was timely and all my questions and concerns were addressed. They also have an excellent on-line invoicing and payment system.
