"They did an excellent job of waterproofing our foundation, burying downspouts, and replacing a patio to guarantee drainage away from the house. Most of our interaction was with the crew foreman. He spoke good English, showed attention to detail, and did a careful, professional job even when the weather got so hot we found ourselves urging the crew to take more breaks. They were not the cheapest bid, but worth it for the skilled workmanship. This is the second project we have hired them to do, and I would recommend them for any work where drainage is important."

"Because of the great service from Best Buy I feel compelled to update my review below. My situation was complicated. A spring runs continuously under our slab, there was water in several places within our finished basement, and there was a leak under a supporting I beam. Best Buy, unlike other companies, warrants the entire floor, not merely the area around their work. This warranty is invaluable as my experience demonstrated. Andrew, the owner, and his crew came out at least 5 times, sometimes on short notice, once on Sunday, to figure out how to solve all of the complicated issues. They had to build a perimeter drain, a lateral drain, and a speed drain and they had to epoxy around the supporting beam. On one occasion I called because there was a damp spot in one place, but Andrew pointed out several others that I'd missed. Of course, it wasn't in his interest to do so as it required more work. I highly recommend Best Buy!"

"I had previously talked to 3 contractors about installing a patio, and got quotes from two of them. By the time my HOA finally approved the work, the contractor I chose was no longer able to fit me in a reasonable schedule. I called Julio out to do my yard work, and explained my situation. We had a detailed and productive conversation about what I needed to achieve, which was fix the POOR drainage in my yard. We discussed a rainbow of options, their prices and consequences. I found it refreshing to NOT have a contractor try to force their solution on me. In the end, we decided on a patio that was part of an overall strategy to address the back yard swampland, meaning it required the rerouting of sprinklers, sump pump drainage, and gutters... all for about the same cost as the smaller patio I had previously agreed to. Not only is the patio BEAUTIFUL, but the yard is successfully draining and drying. Julio's communication at every step of the process was punctual and professional, including follow-ups after the job was done. There have been multiple headaches with buying this house, so I am DELIGHTED to have found someone I can trust with the quality of their product and their concern with their customer.
