"I had previously talked to 3 contractors about installing a patio, and got quotes from two of them. By the time my HOA finally approved the work, the contractor I chose was no longer able to fit me in a reasonable schedule. I called Julio out to do my yard work, and explained my situation. We had a detailed and productive conversation about what I needed to achieve, which was fix the POOR drainage in my yard. We discussed a rainbow of options, their prices and consequences.
