I reached out inquiring about getting a floor plan done for my childcare. The owner was very inviting and had a great personality. He immediately scheduled an appointment and arrived on time. With accuracy and precision he gave me exactly what I ordered, a very detailed floor plan. Upon submission to the agency I needed further work and he did not hesitate to make any changes or updates. I will definitely be using his services again and I RECOMMEND OGV!

Having major remodel on lower level. Contractor tried to rope me into major work (and project delay) suggesting normal cracks on cinder block walls indicated a foundation issue. When I pushed back, he put project on hold stating I needed a structural engineer to certify. I called the first two people on home advisor locally and Omid got back to me in 2-3 min, was at my house within an hour and delivered a certified report within 3-4 hours. He listened to the situation and spoke with my contractor to hear his assessment before beginning his assessment measures. He directly pushed back on what contractor stated and provided simple solution for one crack that was more than hairline. Report was meticulous, he spoke with contractor directly, and saved this project. It was more affordable than what was suggested on average costs. While I couldn’t divorce from the unethical contractor mid project—I would have been stuck with no out without the work of Omid!

Omid performed an inspection of the cracks in my wall which followed the cinder block pattern. Turned out to be a foundation issue. Omid was very responsive, worked around my time constraints, and was very friendly and professional.

Had an issue with the county regarding a deck that had additional posts installed. Contacted Omid to do an inspection and provide a letter to the county that the deck was structurally sound. Omid came, did the inspection, had some recommendations and provided the letter in a timely manner. County accepted the letter. Overall thr experience was great. Would definitely consult OGV again if the need arises.

Omid reviewed my floor plan for finishing my basement and modify an existing window. He did inspection and provided inspection report with stamps which endured that I get the construction permit from the county in time.
