They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. "Howard Glancy came to inspect cracks in my home's concrete walls where the foundation was sinking. He, as a Certified Field Inspector, went over the whole house with me, explaining why the walls were cracking, and what should be done to alleviate the problem. Howard explained what JES Foundation would do, approximately how long it would take, and provided a quotation for the repairs. Besides raising the problem walls and ensuring they would be structural sound and guaranteed to stay that way for the remaining life of the house, he also advised me of how JES would repair minor cracks in the remaining building as well as having s sump pump installed to wick away any ground water from damaging any other parts of the structure. Mr. Glancy was very courteous; knowledgeable of his profession; and walked us through any questions we might have had concerning the processes. Due to the permit process taking so long, the work on the house won't start for a few months, and if Mr. Glancy is any indication of the professionalism of the rest of the JES Foundation personnel, I'm confident that the work will be done properly, in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction."

"Julio and his team were amazing. The job was delayed a bit longer than anticipated as a result of weather (unavoidable). The team did the entire job in 4 days, which was truly a herculean effort! We have a new construction and the entire yard was covered in wood chips and we had a very serious cliff in the backyard caused by erosion from recent rains, that posed a danger to our young children. Julio and team cleared all the chips, brought in endless amounts of dirt, fixed our dangerous cliff and made it into a nice sledding hill, cleared old logs, took down a big dead tree, put in drainage pipes for our gutters, laid over 11,000 sq. ft of sod, seeded the remaining lawn, planted trees, planted nearly 100 blue rug junipers to stabilize a slope next to our driveway, and the list could go on...
