"My experience with Copper Fox was absolutely terrible. The sales representative, Harold, assured me the project was 2-3 weeks. We started the project in early May. Copper Fox was very gracious and took a two hour lunch break instead of a one hour lunch break everyday so that my son could sleep. I knew that this accommodation would likely make the project take a little longer, but would only affect the loud portion of construction which was framing and some of the screwing during the installation of drywall. Copper Fox did not finish the project until the end of September because they failed to order materials in a timely manner. On top of the project delay the workmanship was extremely shoddy and they failed to communicate with me in a timely manner. Their "project manager" barely came to site and didn't show up for the final inspection I had to handle it myself. I am happy to share my contract and all email correspondence."

I had the pleasure of working with the daughter and she ensured the proper contract was in place and answered any of my questions prior to the project beginning. She managed the process seamlessly and ensured she kept proper documentation throughout the process. Then her father and his team begin the work efficiently following through on all aspects of the contract. They even tweaked a few things along the way as I asked. Customer service was delivered on a high level along with quality work. The price point was also fair with warranty on the work prepared. The job was completed on time and mom came in to do a final cleaning of all of the spaces effected by the renovation. I will certainly be doing business with this company again. It is hard to find honest and reliable contractor so I am happy to have found one."

"Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. "Being a MVP customer was time for Heating/Cooling safety inspections. Kevin Stanley was the HVAC Service Tech assigned to the job. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. Will definitely call Appleton Campbell when needing home repairs, this is our 3rd project they’ve taken care of. Thanks again"

"Needed to replace a 25+ year old HVAC system in the coldest months of the year, so I contacted Advanced Environment Solutions for a bid. I worked with Tammy at AES to schedule the inspection, follow-up, etc. - a fantastic employee. Courteous, professional, and really knows her stuff when it comes to HVAC. Unfortunately, I live in a condo with a tricky indoor/outdoor HVAC set-up that ended up requiring a fairly specific indoor unit that AES did not offer, so I had to go with another company. Still I felt compelled to leave a review for AES and Tammy to highlight their professionalism and service-oriented approach. WiIll absolutely consider AES for future projects."
