"We got the water softener installed by Quality Water. Randy was very helpful and latiently explained a lot of my questions. Timothy installed the water softener in less than 2 hours and also explained the process of maintenance."

"The owner Jerry came out quickly when we called, he was friendly, and did a thorough job testing and explaining what he offers. After getting a quote from him and one other and doing my own research and water testing, I found Jerry to be more accurate with my research and testing. His quote was reasonable, and he listened to what I said I needed and wanted. I would highly recommend this company. Not to mention his people were out within just a few days to install my water system. They were polite and respectful."

"Mike answered our call on a weekend when we had no water. He showed up on a Sunday and worked all day to get our water back on. Mike was professional and courteous. Mike offers customer service and value I’ve rarely seen anymore."

"The master plumber did an excellent job repairing my 20+ water treatment system, back to new. Knowledgeable, professional, through, and responsive. Pure Water is my go to plumber, hands down."

"Services were prompt, clean and efficient. Tech was knowledgeable and personable. Water heater was affordable. Estimate (free) was done on site - not guessing over the phone."

"Installed new water heater same day as promised. Very professional and spent the time explaining how to manage and care for my water heater. Would higher recomend them."

"Dexter Wells is very professional and experienced. They came quickly to replace our water heater even though the water softener had not arrived yet so that we would not be without hot water. Highly recommended."

"We had a Hague WATERMAX WATER SOFTENER + FILTER system installed along with a reverse osmosis system for our drinking water. They also corrected our acidic pH all of which improved our home's water quality tremendously. I love the fact that it has a self-cleaning filter and that the reverse osmosis system's filter only needs to be changed once per year. It is not the cheapest system on the market, but you get what you pay for!"

"SwiftPro was excellent. When our hot water heater went out (at nearly 20 years old, we were neither upset nor surprised!) we reached out to a few places but SwiftPro was the most responsive and had the price was fair. Zabi, the service technician was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was prompt, provided excellent communication, took meticulous care with the work and work space, and was just a great person to talk to. The install went great and there was no aggressive sales tactics or upselling. Just a genuine cut and dry hot water heater removal and install experience. I highly recommend SwiftPro. Thanks Zabi!"

"One faucet required locating the inside water line leading to the faucet, and then cutting through paneling and sheetrock to remove and replace the faucet. The work was somewhat messy but they cleaned it up well, replaced the insulation & covered the exposed area with a removeable access panel.
The other faucet was easier to replace and included correcting sloppy work that had been done when the previous faucet had been installed.
The two workers were polite , neat and careful not to track water and mud into the house or basement
