"Great and personable. They walk you through everything from top to bottom. We had a water leak that we initially thought was coming from the water softener but just so happened that we had a leaking pipe that we wouldn't have known about if it hadn't been from the water softener alarm letting us know that there was water on the floor. He worked on Sunday so I won't have to go too many days without water as he had another job on Saturday.
