"Exterior Source: (The actual overall rating is 4.5 stars) Jason’s office called to set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment Jason came in to introduce himself and explain what he was going to do. He went outside to do his estimate. He came back in with wonderful drawings of my house complete with gutters and downspouts to differentiate the existing gutters from the new gutters. He then showed me the two types of leaf filtration systems, one that could keep pine needles, leaves, and debris out. and the other to keep out leaves and debris for all the areas where there are no pine trees. There were pine trees on the property behind the garage, so we went with leaf guard and the rest of the new and existing gutters micro guard. After a period of negotiations, we came to an agreement. I was in the hospital at the time, so I was not there to view the installation. My wife informed me that Executive Source was on the job. When they left the job was done exactly as shown and explained to me. Except for a miscommunication between estimator and office, and estimator and me, everything else went smooth. My wife took pictures and videos and showed them to me in the hospital and the job was complete on time and on schedule. They cleaned up well behind themselves as there was no debris left on site when they left. I would recommend them to others since their scope schedule, execution and revisited cost and that wonderful presentation made them the lowest responsive bidder. We hire them again to do the front of the garage in the near future."
