"He was very responsive and accommodating, providing me an estimate after hours and also squeezing me into his busy schedule at the last minute. The work took a little longer than expected and a couple things were left off my to do list that I thought were included in the initial estimate. I didn’t bother to say anything because he did re grout my entire tub which was not on my list so I was very appreciative. Here are the things I had issues with: The tile he replaced in the shower were a different color then what I have installed, the dry wall repair looks unfinished and although he took the time to explain my faulty shower plumbing issue (and even tried to to do the best he could to repair it), the shower is now in a worse condition than before the repairs and my water is not getting hot anymore."

"Joe & Sons was hired to determine and fix the cause of a water leak that was damaging a bedroom ceiling. Owner Jalal determined that roof damage had allowed the leakage, and he and assistant Saed (sp?) repaired the roof (new shingling; caulking with roof cement; thorough cleaning of shingles and gutters), as well as patching the damaged bedroom ceiling area and repainting the ceiling. They also voluntarily (and at no additional cost) fixed a sticky screen door by removing it and planing its bottom. The entire experience couldn’t have been better. Jalal and Saed were extremely polite and conscientious, taking excellent care to keep the work areas clean, and explaining everything they did. They were also very prompt/timely, responding to phone calls, texts, and the contract itself very quickly.
