Arrived promptly very close to the agreed time. Courteous and professional technician quickly diagnosed two problems: Replaced defective exterior control panel (had one on his truck!) and re-programmed software that was causing door to close incorrectly when safety beam was interrupted. Price was very fair.

Sam from Advanced Garage Doors is amazing. He recommended adding a second torsion spring the the double car garage door and we did. He called ahead of time, showed up on time and replaced the broken spring, added another spring and adjusted and lubricated all parts of the door. Works fantastic! I am going to have him come to another house that has a door problem. Highest recommendation!

The staff was knowledgeable and did not up-sell. The work they did was great..... only very slight suggestion is for staff to provide heads-up about whether extension cords or light bulbs are part of the estimate or not. Additionally, they were able to check inventory, provide estimates/receipts electronically, and were very flexible in scheduling the work. The most important thing is that they pick up the phone and respond pretty much anytime of the day even on weekends which is fantastic especially for folks with busy schedules.
