"The lock was not a normal residential lock and rather old. It was built into the door in such a way that it might have been cheaper to buy a new door than install a new lock. Mike was very punctual and extremely knowledgeable. In less than 15 minutes had had the broken key out and explained to me what to look for so that this wouldn't happen again. "I called him, the service call is 29.99. Locksmith came out and was done in 3 minutes. He tightened my lock and nothing else. The technician attempted to charge me $114.00. I called the main office and had fees lowered to $50.00. Going forward, I will make sure to get details before dealing with the service guys. I am unsure if I would use them again. Someone else may have a better experience. This was our experience and it seems the technician attempted to morally take advantage of us.show more

Not only did they come out the next day to give us a quote, but the price came back cheaper than any of the other companies we had checked with for identical brand and model doors. They also had a much shorter turnaround time to get the doors in stock than everybody else.
