"Erwin was professional and thorough. He understood our needs and had the perfect solution and executed it. He was extremely responsive, even during the evening. He also went above and beyond by anticipating the style of an appropriate doorknob according to photos he had seen. And besides all this, he has a respectful and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend Capitol M. Locksmith!"

"The installation went smoothly and the locksmith was accommodating."

"Eli arrived punctually after calling to alert me of his arrival. Once here, after hearing the problem, he looked at the door and realized the problem was that the door had settled low. I didn't need new locks, as I had thought; instead, he simply fixed the door so the locks fit correctly again. Instead of having to pay for new hardware, I was only charged for the visit and 15 minutes of time."

"Great customer service was willing to do extra work within the time given and was able to get my two keys done and helped get my car running again I’m thankful for this young man’s service and will continue to use for further locksmith problems or needs!!"

"Overall rating = 5 stars. Raanan and his wife, Hanna, of “Raanan the Locksmith,” completed my job on Friday, July 17th. Their service was excellent, professional, friendly and courteous. "The gentleman who came out and made my key at 9:00 pm which was a lifesaver. I live in Bracey Virginia and I had been trying to find a locksmith to come out and make a key after 10 calls to locksmith everyone of them said we donâ t serve that area even though the companyâ s I did call were in South Hill which is about 15 minutes from me. Luckily for me I found this locksmith and he was very friendly called when he was on his way and called when he arrived. I will definitely keep their number in my contacts and pass it along to my friends. I am very satisfied and grateful to them for being so professional and getting the job done. So thank you to the gentleman who came out and did this for me!"
