DO NOT TRUST AFFORDABLE DOOR. I contracted with Affordable Door to replace a damaged garage door at my house in Fairfax, Virginia. I paid ~$1,000 as a deposit. They told me they would likely do the work "next week". After several weeks they told me it would be two more weeks. Then again two more weeks. Finally they told me it was going to be another month. They almost never returned my phone calls. I finally told them I was canceling and requested a refund. They offered a small discount, but never a refund. I had to use a credit card charge back dispute to get a refund for the deposit.

The most responsive contractor of all the ones I received quotes from. Took the time to follow up after the quote to answer my questions. Straight forward assessment and didn’t try to up sell anything. The quote was in line with the others but the professionalism is a 10. Installers were punctual, friendly, and efficient. Best of all, they were ready to do the job right away. A big plus! Highly recommend.

Affordable Doors were amazing! My garage door broke Friday and they came out Saturday morning. The door was repaired quickly and affordable. No one tried to sell me something I didn’t need, just showed me the issue and told me the cost. The estimate from the phone call was exactly the cost. Definitely recommend this company. Everyone was also very friendly!

The service was terrific. The tech arrived a couple of hours after I called to schedule an appointment (call myself very lucky). David quickly diagnosed the problems with my garage doors, recommended the repairs, gave an estimate and proceeded to finish up in a little over an hour. I also got a call back from the office to ask of everything had been taken care of to my satisfaction. Highly recommend Affordable Doors!
