Initial estimate was $8,800 for attic spray insulation and old insulation removal. After partial spray was installed I was charged $9700 despite no insulation removed. Not my beef. I scheduled appointment for insulation removal agreeing to pay additional monies which was cancelled due to Frank indicating he was waiting for parts for his recently broken vacuum. After not hearing back from Frank for a number of weeks, despite my leaving voicemails requesting a status update I contacted competitors to pick up were Frank left off simply to be told by them that Frank is providing competing bids for work that also includes insulation removal. I have left several messages, most recent was yesterday 10/27/21 for Frank simply requesting a courtesy call back whether Frank was willing to complete the work. Although unfinished, I paid $9700.00 on the spot on 9/2/2021 but I do not deserve a courtesy call back. I am an Army Combat Vet with 4 children and local business owner of nearly 20 years and would hope I could muster a minuscule morsel of humanity and courtesy from a local business that cashed a check from me for nearly $10k despite not completing the $8,800 of work provided on a written estimate they provided.

We hired W. F. Gray Insulation for attic insulation. Overall communication was excellent. Frank Gray made a favorable impression from the outset, and was very responsive to subsequent requests to add line items to the quote such as constructing a hinged styrofoam cover for the whole house fan in the attic and being willing to add a plywood walkway, marked overhead on the rafters, so that the attic fan can still be serviced without someone guessing where they could walk in an attic that has 17 inches of insulation covering the rafters. They were very patient as I needed to get electrical upgrades done and run through the attic before the insulation was blown in, and post-COVID supply-chain issues caused delays so that I could not schedule with them until about 6 weeks after receiving the quote. The crew completed the entire job in half a day and were good enough to take old random junk out of the attic that had been left there decades ago by the previous homeowner. Surprisingly, they did not require any deposit up front on a residential job, even with supply-chain constraints raising prices on materials. Frank himself did the work while training assistants rather than delegating everything to someone else. I highly recommend this company.

Prompt service

I had blown insulation installed (R30) over the garage, upgraded blown insulation to R60 in the attic, and installed unfaced R19 insulation in floor rafters above the crawl space floor. The team was professional, Frank explained the process and showed me the final install results over the garage. His team showed up at the promised time and installed the insulation. The team cleaned up the job site and I was happy with their work. I was hoping for these upgrades to take the chill out of the air in the house. Unfortunately, I have not noticed any significant change, LMH.

Frank was amazing and his son was great , very professional, cleaned up everything and we have noticed a huge difference in temperature inside our home 80â s outside and holding 68 to 70 inside. donâ t hesitate to hire this company

We are very happy with the work It has made a very noticeable difference in the temperature of our house already. Frank and his son were punctual with the work, delivered service as estimated, and cleaned carefully before leaving. My only reason for not giving 5's across the board is that it took more than a week after the work was finished to receive our receipt and the link for the utilities' rebate. I understand getting behind on paper work, but a quick note saying it will come would have made us feel assured that it wasn't forgotten.

So knowledgeable and straight forward. Gave me all the ins and out of insulation options, got ALL THE WAY TO THE END OF OUR ATTIC VAULTED CEILING with insulation...feels like a different home!! We couldn't be happier!!

On time and professional. Went right to work and got job done quickly. Can already see the difference in temperature upstairs. Glad I updated/upgraded our insulation.
