The two gentlemen were professional and had years of experience in the trade. Initially I was only getting a quote to replace a rotten deck support post. I was impressed with them that I added "adjusting 3 wooden picket gates" and cutting limbs from a tall tree. I was so lucky to find a contractor that did what they said they were going to do, in the time they said it would take and the 3 projects were completed 100% to my satisfaction. This company gives 100% customer service. When they finished, they left the yard immaculate..not one piece of trash. I already have a spring project lined up. BMF Contracting is now my go to Contractor."

"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "Excellent all around. Originally called for clearing leaves and debris off roof, Mr Rice appropriately suggested brick washing to remove moss and dirt from stairs and walkway. I was stunned when I drove in that night. Had to stop my car in amazement at the gleam of the cleaned brick walkway and stairs. He later suggested deck cleaning and, again, simply amazing results."
