Also stretched and reinstalled the carpet on our stairs to the basement, making them better than they ever were as they were not installed properly by the contractor (not Jeff) who did the original inistallation. Jeff was professional, clean, and did a great job for us. He has expert level knowledge on carpeting and I highly recommend Carpet Specialist."

Foreman spoke decent enough English, but the crew did not. That in and of itself is not a knock. It is just a fact. The installation did not hold over time. The carpet was/is holding up very well but the base level pad is simply not good. It compressed to near uselessness downstairs well before it should have. Tacs were poking through on the stairs from day one. Carpet was not pulled tight enough downstairs either. To top it all off, in my opinion the cost did not suit the quality of installation. I have since replaced the flooring downstairs."

Second, he uses completely different equipment and cleaning solutions than all of the other companies. Equipment and solutions that actually work instead of just soaking the carpet and pushing some dirt further down. I have had stains in my couch and carpet that no one else could seem to get out. I have pets and children, so there were some crazy stains and a sight dog smell. My carpet has no stains, my couch looks amazing, and the carpet looks new and fluffy again. And I got a bottle with some solution to clean my own spots when accidents happen as well as some good education on carpet care.
