I know this review is a long one, but bear with me if you are seriously considering Dycarp for any of your carpet needs. Above all else when it comes to this company: DON’T BOTHER. This company doesn’t have time for keeping a tidy office let alone answering phone calls or customer questions. The office and carpet showroom were in shambles. Among the piles of junk were stacks of adult and children’s clothing, a child’s mattress, a bed frame, and many many unlabeled and unorganized carpet samples. Piles of paperwork littered the office and made for an uncomfortable experience. All work goes through Debbie the owner/manager who is never in the office or able to take calls. Common/ordinary questions are even too much for the highly incapable staff. On average it took 1-2 weeks to receive a call back depending upon whether or not you (the customer) called to remind them or check in. Expect to receive lots of sass from anyone that you speak too. We received multiple incorrect estimates throughout the 4 months that we dealt with them. In those estimates were mistakes that included the wrong brand of carpet, incorrect room measurements, incorrect customer name, additional carpet/padding that wasn’t needed, and we also received two estimates for a completely different person. For our job the work and payments were reviewed and approved by our insurance. Dycarp tried to dupe the insurance company by charging them twice for the same work. When we brought the issue up with Debbie, she told us, “We’ll just send it anyway and see what happens.” We said no to that idea; she sent it anyway, and our insurance noticed. This company is completely dishonest and untrustworthy. On countless occasions we were told emails would be sent immediately or had already been sent, never to receive them. When we would call back about the nonexistent email several hours later, they would magically “resend it” in a brand new email (no resending the old one they never sent) and only then would it show up. We gave this company so many chances they truly didn’t deserve when ultimately, they decided to stop working with us. Why? Because our insurance sent them a check and for two weeks we called to see if they had received it. Our insurance told us the check had cleared, but Dycarp maintained that they had never received it. Our insurance needed Dycarp to look into their bank statements immediately to make sure they hadn’t in fact cashed the checks, as if they had not it could be a matter of fraud. Instead of showing any concern or urgency, or attempting to look into the matter any further, after a full day of trying to reach Debbie, she only returned our call when we said that we would come into the office to speak face to face. It was during this call back at 30 minutes before the office closed that she told us we spoke to her staff “unpleasantly.” We told her we had waited a full week, let alone the full current day, and were understandably upset but nothing more when speaking to her employees. She then told us that we called too much, and she didn’t like the way our insurance approved of our claim. And that was that. The end of a terrible relationship. I know this review has been a long one, but I leave it for good reason. I worry that a family will be put into a position like ours. Did I mention that we have gone a month without carpet or carpet pad in our master bedroom and stairs landing? If you don’t want to be the next negative review left for this company, do yourself a favor and don’t let a single person from Dycarp into your home for an estimate. The time and work that you put into your own carpet needs will be more than they are ever willing to do in office.

They've always been consistent.

We use them all the time. They're great. We've been using them for years, for property management, when we get our properties cleaned, when tenants move out and when someone is about to move in.

It was a filthy carpet in an upstairs duplex apartment that we own. We were not sure it would clean up. Dycarp cleaned it beautifully and it looks almost  brand new. Highly recommend them.

I had them install carpet in our den, which was a converted garage. They were very professional and responsive. The person that came to do the sales and then the person that came to install it were very professional and worked efficiently. 

Dycarp followed up after service and after AL published a prior review. They remained friendly, professional, and honest. I would recommend their services and have adjusted the prior published review to reflect the same.

These folks are the real deal - professional and personable from start to finish. On the agreed on day we received phone calls to let us know that they were enroute. Dewy and Alan arrived around 9:30 AM. Dewy looked over the areas. then they worked very efficiently and in about three hours had repaired and cleaned the carpets to a condition beyond what we believed was possible. The berber carpet had shredded near a rear entrance and Dewy used some remnants to make a beautiful repair. He also repaired an area where red candle wax had spilled. Every other stain from coffee spills to pet accident to who-knows-what were gone The carpets look like new. They even offered tips on maintaining our berber carpet. We are very surprised and pleased with the results, and will be scheduling them on a more regular basis.

Dycarp is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used.  They do an incredible job and on their first visit removed all the stains that all previously used carpet cleaners "could not" get out.  They arrive on time, are top professionals, go the extra mile to ensure you happy and provide outstanding value for the price.  I will never use another carpet cleaning service.

From start to finish they were professional. Cleaned spots that nobody else could remove.  Great job and kind and responsive worker.  Thanks again.  This is the second review I write because Angie's list asked me to -help neighbors-.  If you use this company, you will not be disappointed.

They were great. Our new house had some stains that they got out with no problem. Very professional and nice crew.

I called DYCARP one day and explained to Tonya that there was blood and all kinds of other stains on my carpet caused by my dog. It had occurred on Friday evening so the stains had been set for a couple days. I had cleaned them as well as I could but they looked pretty bad. Tonya booked me an appointment for the very next day. Nick showed up and was very friendly and very professional. He explained the entire cleaning process to me and told me exactly what he was going to do. He even explained how they would clean my Oriental Rugs in the future. Much to my surprise and delight my dressing room carpet looked BRAND NEW when Nick finished cleaning it. I am so thankful for this company. I have already told many friends about DYCARP and will continue to use them for all my flooring needs in the future.

We were having work done in our house, and both times the request was rather urgent bvecause of some mess that hapened in the house. Their pricing is very good, just not quite great.

It went pretty well and they did a good job. They were right on time, did their job, and didn't make any dirt marks in the house. When they left, they didn't leave any mess. It's a good value. Their price was excellent.

Great.  Even though the truck broke down right at our appointment, the driver kept me up to date at how far he was.  I really appreciated this.  Very professional and great cleaning job from this young man.  Thank you so much!

Service was provided in a punctual and professional manner. There was a senior and junior worker. The senior observed the work of the junior, correcting him along the way. At one time, while moving the hose, it hit against the floor molding. The senior said to be careful to not let the hose touch the walls. He told him to treat each job as if it was his own home. I have used Dycarp since 2005 to clean my home as well as each of my two daughters homes. They take pride in their workmanship, a trait often found lacking in today's carper cleaning industry!

I made an initial appointment that somehow disappeared out of their system, but the woman I spoke to was kind and professional, even though I was kind of heated and perhaps not my usual charming self... She made it right and rescheduled me that same week. They showed up before my scheduled time and went to work. They were very careful and conscientious, and they did a great job! I was amazed at how clean they got our off-white berber carpet. We had just completed 3 months worth of renovations with multiple workers in and out daily. The carpets were FILTHY and I thought they would never be the clean again. They are pretty darn close. Highly recommend Dycarp!

They did an excellent job. The 10 year old carpet looks brand new. They got out stains I thought were there forever and two months later it still looks great. They also were able to work well with our condo rules. Showed up early and cleaned up when they left.

I had purchased a special rate for cleaning several rooms in the house. They did a great job just as good as the big competitor in this area.

This is an update to our original review. We apparently owe Dycarp an apology because the original review was swapped with a company that cleaned our vents, who did a very poor job. Dycarp, however, did an amazing job of taking care of our carpets and our couch. Price was very reasonable and my wife said the technician that showed up was very friendly and helpful. Apparently I was misquoted for our couch getting cleaned (in a good way) and the tech said he'd still honor the price, which we really appreciated.
Dycarp will definitely be the company that we use from here on out, for our house and our rental.

They do a great job. They always get all the stains. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else and I've been in the apartment business for 29 years and people can leave really dirty carpets sometimes.

They came and told me it would be $10 more than originally quoted because there were more stains than I had told them. That was fine because I couldn't see any of the stains until I moved out. They treated all the stains, even stains that were there before I moved in and they were able to remove all of them. The place looked great. It was white carpet and I had lived there for 2 years. I would defiantly use them again.
