There was damage of the carpets all the way to the wood from the previous owners pets and they washed the wood several times until all remnants of the damage was gone. Then installed the new carpets amazingly! They even washed the lower level carpets deeply and you cannot tell what so ever there was ever an animal here now. My home just smells fresh.
