"The tear in the carpet was repairable and looks better than it did. The carpet is old so the seam will be seen but overall good job."

"It has been a few years now so I feel I have a solid handle on the totality of the experience. The carpet installation was quick and painless. Foreman spoke decent enough English, but the crew did not. That in and of itself is not a knock. It is just a fact. The installation did not hold over time. The carpet was/is holding up very well but the base level pad is simply not good. It compressed to near uselessness downstairs well before it should have. Tacs were poking through on the stairs from day one. Carpet was not pulled tight enough downstairs either. To top it all off, in my opinion the cost did not suit the quality of installation. I have since replaced the flooring downstairs."

"The first carpet install had problems......carpet tight weave and pad was ultra thick. I took photos...they booked a day. I got a plush carpet with the plush pad. Amazing...."

"Mr. Crowder arrived as scheduled and was extremely courteous the entire time. He did not rush the process and explained to achieve the level of clean I was hoping for. After, he was done I was amazed! Had I not been home, I would have thought new carpet was installed. Highly recommend using this company!"
