"You’re a complete liar! You never wore a mask for even one second! I never said, if you don’t catch the flu you won’t catch Covid19. I said, I wasn’t worried about covid and that I was aware some people are more at risk than others. Had you been wearing a mask, you would have found out that I have mask in my van and if you wanted me to wear one I would have. However since you weren’t wearing a mask I didn’t think it was an issue. It’s difficult wearing a mask and exerting yourself while doing the physical work of cleaning your carpets. So when it’s not an issue for you, it won’t be an issue for me. The truth is I didn’t have the same opinion as yours, and you threw a fit and ordered me to leave. Which I politely did."
"your carpets were in really bad shape to begin with, and needed replacement which is why you signed the no guarantees box. After speaking with you over the phone. Which you waited over a week to contact me, which you should have the very next day if the carpets were still wet. when you originally called you just said the carpet smelt and didnt mention it took longer than normal to dry. Once i found out that information. I called all my custimers from that day to find out how their carpet cleaning went and how long it took them to dry. all of them before, and after said just a few hours! once i saw there was no priblem on our end. Theres only 2 other possible reasons your carpet took longer than normal to dry. 1. you use an excessive amount of spot cleaners that leave your carpets full of soap. Which can affect the vacuum. 2. you didnt leave the a/c on which dries the air out and sucks the water out of the carpet. if the air is wet it dramatically slows dry time down! However because you didnt contact us in a timely manner there was no way for me to fuggure out which reason was the culprit. even if you hadn't signed the no guarantee box you still contacted us past what even our guarantee is, 7 days. To me the attitude you gave on the phone was you wanted me to cover the replacement of your carpet that already needed replaced! which is why you waited so long to contact us."
"I called you well in advance to let you know we were running behind, which was only by 10 minutes. and you were fine with it and thanked us for the call. when we got there we went over the issues with the carpet and let you know we would only be able to move one of the pieces of furniture as one of them was to heavy, and the blocks we use would not protect the furniture or carpet during the drying process. you said you was fine with that. You had white carpet that was improperly installed and it took me almost 30 minutes just to pull it back up due to the thousand staples that were used to hold it down, instead of them stretching it properly. which i also showed you. then it took me another 30 to 40 minutes to stretch it. Your white carpet was also worn around where the bed was sitting and we cant make white, old worn carpet look like under the bed area that looks brand new and never been walked on. If ryan did miss the closet you should have called us to let us know and we would have been happy to come back out and make sure you were satisfied. we would have also went back over those traffic areas since we would have already been there, just to show you cleaning dont remove wear. next time give the company a call and let them know somethings wrong instead of just trying to trash them by saying we was there for 10 minutes. when you know thats not true! "We did not miss the spots. They came back to to the heavy amount of soap you use on the 15 year old carpet you have not had cleaned in 8 years. the amount of soap you had in the carpet killed our vacuum which made it take longer to dry. Then all the spills that were in the pad wicked back up. sorry to see you gave us a poor grade on professionalism, which i can only assume it was because we could not get back to your house within 30 minutes of your call letting us know there was a problem... we did offer the next day but that just was not good enough for you. which we ended up coming out a few days later happily. so im a little confused, as we had absolutely no problem coming back out. and your experience is not something we normally come across. if you would like to give me a call and let us know what we could have done better to accommodate or how we could have been more professional. please contact us any time!
