Water Damage DMV is a full service water damage restoration company. Our staff is dedicated and I.I.C.R.C certified to help mitigate water damage. All our damage restoration staff are trained to use the most modern equipment and techniques to return properties to pre-loss condition following fire or water damage. Our team is available 24/7 to handle damage restoration projects large and small. We will immediately take action by coordinating with your insurance carrier, securing the structure, performing damage removal.

"I sent my initial inquiry e-mail at 6:24AM, and Carlos wrote back at 6:52AM asking if he could come by that morning between 8 and 9AM. After having three other companies quote it, I selected Water Damage DMV based both on the cost of the estimate, his promptness and communication, and the clarity in answering questions I had. When Carlos arrived to do the work, he went right to it. He worked quickly and kept me informed about what he was finding and how it was going. When he was done with that, he put in humidifiers at first. The next day, he came with help to apply the mold-prevention treatment before adding fans to aid in drying. He checked in daily either in person or by text until it was time to remove them, at which point he came and did so. I was very happy to work with Carlos and Water Damage DMV. While I hope to never need their services again, if I happen to be that unlucky, I know who I will be calling."

"Initially, Steve, the owner of Eastern Floor Covering, provided an in-home detail costs estimate for the entire installation process, item-by-item, with a cost associated with each item. He also included some suggestions of padding products that he found worked best, through his many years of flooring, like (tucking the carpet under each step a little more cost for installation , and a little pricier step padding . His suggestion turned out to be right on target. The final end product was super spectacular. Waking on the steps feel like walking on a cloud. Much better than I anticipated. Both sets of stairs never looked that good. Regarding the installation process: It went like everyone hopes it would go, but never does. A date and time was chosen from a group of available days and times; The lady in the store phoned the day before to remind me of the installation date and time window, the process was started within the time window that I selected, The installers were polite and friendly and understood that I needed to get to my upstairs office during the day. The cleanup process was above par. The removal of the old carpet was quick and the broom was used several times during installation. What a well organized carpeting replacement system! My hat is off to you Steve and your crew."

"Botched install AND reinstall; dismissive, rude staff Flooring purchased and installed in our home in 2023 and joints began to separate within months. When I reported this by phone to Floor Fashions, I was advised to glue the pieces together using wood glue. Glue failed and another joint started bowing. I went back to the company in June 2024 then waited three months for reinstallation. After another month, the reinstalled pieces are now separating as well. Visited showroom to demand resolution. The response of the warehouse manager – responsible for reinstall – was to note that I had not responded to a follow-up call placed three days after the reinstall (seriously). When I explained thst as a customer it’s my responsibility to pay – not to return his calls, his response was “this conversation is over” and walked away. Exchange was witnessed by sales associate who sold us the flooring. Images show install and reinstall."
