Just looking to maintain a handful of properties in my spare time. I use commercial equipment,and take pride in any lawn care whether it’s my own or for another person. I am available to weekly or bi-weekly service. I’m open to discussing other task’s if needed.

"Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. He took a dinning room table to a location and went out of his way to do that. He also took the bulk of the items to habitat for humanity to donate the furniture that my mother didn't want anymore. The last thing he did was took all the items that were junk and took them to the trash for us. He did a great job and for the price I would recommend him. He went out of his way and adjusted his schedule for us."
