"Our review is based on the purchase (part 1) for replacing siding for both side of our home. Jacob L. was very professional, on time, and honest. He knows what he is selling. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. Jacob pointed out so much that we just didn't know and should have be caught during our home inpection. Thanks Jacob!!"

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others & if we needed additional work, we would definitely call Home Genius Exteriors."

"Lamar and his crew of 2 were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The work involved coordinating with other trades and our schedules. They were very tidy, organized, and kept me informed as the project progressed. The siding material was new to him as it was to most builders who estimated this job, SmartSiding, and he researched the product and installed it according to the manufacturers guidelines. The end result looks great. We had to overcome several poor designs from the original build and Lamar and his crew problem solved these difficulties to perfection. Their attention to detail and work ethic are outstanding. I'm a bit of a difficult person to please, some say a perfectionist, and I highly recommend his service for any building or remodeling project."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
