"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... Who can top Advanced Environment Solutions??? Need your system serviced or replaced? Advanced Environment Solutions gets our vote!"

I have a disabled and very sickly parent who has immune issues that lives in the home and I specifically stated that a face mask is required. Joshua stated he is not wearing a mask because masks do not work. I stated to him that masks do work and if he is here to do a service in my house a mask is required. I also stated that he either wear a mask or he can not come into my home. He refused to wear a mask and walked away and left. He sent me an email stating I will be getting a refund of 112.50 and as of today 10/18/23, I haven’t been issued my refund. I reached out to inquire about my refund and haven’t heard back."

"The tech was a nice guy but all I wanted was to fix a blown fuse to get power to my thermostat. I could tell it was company policy to try to make the job as big and expensive as possible and I had to stop him from trying to talk me into a bunch of expensive unnecessary services. That being said they charged $200 just to show up at my door and quoted a total of over $1200 for the simple repair. I felt I had no choice but to pay the exorbitant price because my house was getting hotter by the second. I promise you you’ll be making a big mistake if you let this company in your home."
