It took about an hour for the work to be completed. They left the vehicle very clean for me, they washed it.
My most visit to Flow will be my last. I brought my Audi in for a State Inspection and an oil change with an appointment. I dropped the car off before the shop opened and came back to pick it up at noon. The car wasn't done and I was advised that it had failed inspection due to some obscure suspension issue that "they don't like to see." (A year later and a passed inspection at another service center my car runs great.) they offered to have it fixed for $600 and could do it that day. They also found "moisture in a taillight" that was fixable by replacing the taillight for $200. The total suggested charges was nearly $1000 and I brought my car in for an inspection and oil change with my own oil. After waiting an additional 1-hour, I paid the $75 for the oil change and failed inspection and decided never to return. I'm okay to pay a 25% premium for a dealer who should be an expert at my car model, but my recent experience was absolutely outrageous, a nearly 300% premium over comparable service stations.
If money is no object to you, the quality will suffice, but I can't justify recommending or using this establishment. If all your service is covered by warranty then you're a likely customer, otherwise seek help elsewhere.

bearings!!!!!! Also required three trips to get the A/C compressor
repaired properly. Here's something I found even more concerning, I was
unknown to them and was obviously a nobody. During my last drop off,
they noticed my friend that came to pick me up was a person of some
standing in the community. All of a sudden, they couldn't have been more
accommodating. I don't trust the culture of this company. We love Audis
and Porsches. Going forward we'll probably buy nearly new and go to an
independent garage.
