I went to Flow for all my regular Jetta maintenance needs. It can be difficult to get a good appointment, but once you do, they are very nice. They have a full service shuttle that drops you anywhere you need to go. If you'd prefer to wait, Guadelajara is just across the street. Their work is done well and they always cleaned my car very nicely (inside and out, even for just an oil change). The only major downside is the price -- they are pretty expensive. To combat this, sign up for their coupon and deal list (we get mailers and emails). They have some good deals every once in a while.

Flow Volkswagon/Audi used to be a place I could trust to bring my Audi. Over the last 5 years they've de-gressed into a rediculously overpriced dealership service center. OIl changes at $60 was ok when they used synthetic oil and washed the car. Now they charge is $90+ and during my last experience the car wasn't even done on time even though I made and appointment. I was charged $50 and I brought my own oil!
My most visit to Flow will be my last. I brought my Audi in for a State Inspection and an oil change with an appointment. I dropped the car off before the shop opened and came back to pick it up at noon. The car wasn't done and I was advised that it had failed inspection due to some obscure suspension issue that "they don't like to see." (A year later and a passed inspection at another service center my car runs great.) they offered to have it fixed for $600 and could do it that day. They also found "moisture in a taillight" that was fixable by replacing the taillight for $200. The total suggested charges was nearly $1000 and I brought my car in for an inspection and oil change with my own oil. After waiting an additional 1-hour, I paid the $75 for the oil change and failed inspection and decided never to return. I'm okay to pay a 25% premium for a dealer who should be an expert at my car model, but my recent experience was absolutely outrageous, a nearly 300% premium over comparable service stations.
If money is no object to you, the quality will suffice, but I can't justify recommending or using this establishment. If all your service is covered by warranty then you're a likely customer, otherwise seek help elsewhere.

Beware. A wheel bearing failed and they replaced the bearing on the
wrong wheel. They then offered to give me a 10% discount on the for both
bearings!!!!!! Also required three trips to get the A/C compressor
repaired properly. Here's something I found even more concerning, I was
unknown to them and was obviously a nobody. During my last drop off,
they noticed my friend that came to pick me up was a person of some
standing in the community. All of a sudden, they couldn't have been more
accommodating. I don't trust the culture of this company. We love Audis
and Porsches. Going forward we'll probably buy nearly new and go to an
independent garage.

The first great experience in 2011 with the 2012 Tiguan and the service levels at Flow sold us on going back when it came time to replace the 2003 Pontiac Vibe, a great little car that has served us well. As a second car the Golf is great. With three very different perspectives on what we needed and wanted to get, the staff where extremely helpful and indulged our repeat visits and test drives until we finally made up our mind in what model to buy. We had already decided that Flow and VW would service our automotive needs, and we just had to make the choise.

My both the cars are under warranty. I didn't pay anything because it was covered under warranty. They do a very good job. Their price is competitive. The staff understands what customer service is all about. I never got a problem with them.

I have used them for about nine years and always have gotten along with them. They have been very professional and helpful with advice. They got my got my car in and fixed it promptly. They were very polite, courteous, friendly and got it right. I will use them again in the future if I buy this brand of automobile.
