He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. The same call gave us an estimate and possible date. My husband reviewed the estimate and we talked. We called them back on a Monday and Dave was here on Tuesday morning. He put in 3 pendant lights over our La he island and a large flush light over the kitchen sink. He was efficien, but careful. The lights look great! He arrived at 8:15 and he finished around noon. We HIGHLY recommend American Electrical."

"Joshua Walker came to my residence on 10/9/23 for my 2nd A/C maintenance service. I have a posted sign stating regardless of vaccination status, masks are required. I have a disabled and very sickly parent who has immune issues that lives in the home and I specifically stated that a face mask is required. Joshua stated he is not wearing a mask because masks do not work. I stated to him that masks do work and if he is here to do a service in my house a mask is required. I also stated that he either wear a mask or he can not come into my home. He refused to wear a mask and walked away and left. He sent me an email stating I will be getting a refund of 112.50 and as of today 10/18/23, I haven’t been issued my refund. I reached out to inquire about my refund and haven’t heard back."
