The only place I go for tires. They have the best price for quality tires in the area. Also there is a courtesy service for taking you back to work or home.

Not good.....no one called or emailed.

To an extent they were at fault to not finding a brake problem. I don't know to what extent if the braking system is something they should have pick up on or not. They were responsive enough. The workers that I came in contact with were fine.

Great! These are wonderful people to deal with. They are thorough, honest , courteous, professional and reliable. What more could you ask for? Their prices are reasonable for the work they do. I will continue to use them to keep my car going as long as I do! My car runs like a top now.

My son is relocating from Connecticut to New York city. He had unreasonable estimates to make minor repairs to his 2005 Audi coupe. The check engine light was on so he took the car to the local Audi dealer for repair estimate. He left the dealership with a $2,000 + estimate to replace a turbo sensor and a couple of light bulbs.

He decided to drive the car to Va and leave it with us. During his visit, we took the car to Airport Auto to have them check it out. They came back with an estimate under $600 including the state inspection. the work was don on a timely and fair cost basis. we have been taking our cars to them for years and never had an issue. would highly recommend them. They won't attempt to perform a service if they are not qualified to do it. The offer courtesy shuttle service and take the time to ensure the customer understands the tasks to be performed and costs for the service.

My check engine light was on and they took care of it for free!! Not
only that but I brought my car in near closing time and they still took
the time to run diagnostics on my car and fix the problem. Excellent
customer service!!! They really care about their customers and they do everything with a smile!

I bought four new tires and they checked and performed an alignment. They showed me the printout where my right front tire was out of alignment spec. This corrected my steering wheel not being centered. All in all a great experience and they were able to beat Tire Rack price on tires when shipping is included. They also road force balanced the tires for a great smooth highway wide. All in all a great experience!

I have a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with almost 110,000 miles on it. In February I took it in for an oil change and to see what kind of preventative maintenance it needed. I was hoping they would give me a list of things that needed to be done and help me prioritize that list. Unfortunately, in addition to the regular preventative stuff they also found that the Jeep had a cracked head gasket. They gave me a quote for everything with the head gasket costing anywhere from $1700 - $2200 and everything else coming in at about $850. They explained that the head gasket was the top priority fix but also explained how to keep the antifreeze full and not to let it overheat, understanding that it wasn't something I was going to be able to afford to address right away.
I dropped the Jeep off on a Monday a few months later and was told it would probably be at least a week. In addition to the original list of repairs I also asked them to change a head lamp and do the state inspection. They called me on Friday morning and said it was ready to come pick up. I was very pleased that the repairs were done sooner than I anticipated and for $500 less than I expected.
The people there are courteous and professional. Warren worked on my car and he's wonderful. I am 100% thrilled with the service I received at Airport Road Auto Center and will definitely go there for all future auto maintenance and repairs.
