I hired M E Flow to clean my furnace. They did a very POOR job and overcharged me.

We had a contract with them. They fixed our AC and said "everything was ok with it" , a week later it broke again. We called to get it fixed and they came and determined something was broken. They stated that they did not have the part and would need to order it and it would cost us around a grand to repair. After three days of no response in 90 degree weather my family was left in h***. Our three dogs were extremely hot and my elderly sick Grandmother was left to the extreme heat. My 80 year old grandmother dealt with the matter but was repeteadly ignored and told they were getting the part. They scammed my elderly grandmother. We had three fish die from the heat during this time and it definetly took its strain on the whole family in multiple ways. After being fed up, we contacted a different company which came and ended up informing us that "our unit was perfectly fine, and that M.E. Flow turned off our unit most likely to scam us into buying a part that we did not need at all. Dead pets, extremely hot weather, elderly chronically ill residents were scammed and lied to.

I paid the company $525 for their ongoing maintenance plan. They conducted a supposedly thorough inspection of the entire [less than 5 years old] HVAC system in January-23. Two months later, my upstairs unit failed - the AC stopped cooling. I called the company and requested an emergency service - they refused to send someone over in the evening; furthermore, they could not even guarantee a morning appointment next day. I conclude that this company is incompetent and does not honor its responsibilities and commitments. I will not be using them going forward.

After several years of noticing deteriorating client service, I ended my relationship with them. The straw that broke the camel's back happened recently related to an HVAC inspection that I prepaid as part of a membership agreement. They gave me a 5 hour window for the service call and nobody showed up or gave me a call to let me know. When I called them to inquire why this happened I was told that they were overcome by service calls and clearly concluded to chase after the new revenue rather than honor a commitment they had to an existing client on a prepaid call. They offered me a new appointment but I would have to wait 3-4 weeks to reschedule. I demanded a refund of my membership agreement outlay and I'm still waiting for it two weeks later. Use at your own risk.

ME Flow sent out Rich on Saturday, April 21, to give us an estimate on a new, more efficient heat pump system. We decided on one and Rich set up the installation for Thursday, April 26, and said it would take all day. The HVAC two-man crew, Michael and Miguel, arrived at 8 am and got right to work on the internal and external units, plus an upgraded digital thermostat. They were friendly and professional and completed the work by 4 pm. The new system works great and we're very satisfied with the whole experience.

Everybody was great, from the sales guy to the installers. They had to do some fancy cutting to get everything packed into the tiny closet (new equipment is bigger than the 20-year-old stuff), but they did a fantastic job and I've noticed an immediate change in the comfort level in the house. The actual conversion went exceptionally well. Arturo was the head of the crew and he and team members were very skilled. He was professional and always kept me informed on progress and timelines. The job could not have gone better with Arturo at the helm.

WOW! 2 Installers: one for furnace while other worked on AC and coordinated as needed. A 'runner' showed up to bring something (I think). How efficient! Installer had a concern about my pipes so called supervisor who checked with manufacturer to get go-ahead. Estimated time to complete was right on! Initial sales rep. very knowledgeable and willing to patiently answer questions. Informed me that employees wear certifications on sleeves! He also gave me 2 options and detailed the differences. Love the thermostat that can be set to auto. switch between heat and cool. Just received email from company with info to contact County re inspection. Very professional and thorough company. Highly recommend!!!

Hi, Folks @ M E FLOW, Leesburg, VA, We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the extra care and attention of your service, sales and installation staff, resulting in the replacement of our furnace and air conditioning equipment yesterday. Anne worked some magic to get us on the schedule right away and told us about on line coupon options. Victor diagnosed and carefully explained several problems. Peter took lots of time to explain all the distinguishing features and to go through all our options with us and patiently answered all our questions. And, yesterday, Miguel and Michael got here early and worked steadily for 12 hours, with only a quick break for lunch, making sure that everything was installed and operating correctly. They pointed out things we needed to know about the equipment and how it fit into our existing plumbing. And after a full long day, stayed to make sure we were comfortable using the thermostat! It was part of an annual service contract which is $295. That doesn't cover the whole cost. It is priority service and a discount on parts and labor. It doesn't usually cover the whole charge of the visit.

The technician arrived way later than expected and when I called the office the person who answered the phone was dismissive and uninformative. I called management at two different locations to provide feedback and they did not respond. When I posted my feedback online, I received a call from M.E.Flow and they refunded my money. In short: they made me whole but it took a lot of perseverance on my part.

I like them. They tend to be a bit pricy when you have to replace things , but i think everybody its.They were last out for the spring. We have to have them out for the fall. We have a contract with them, they come out twice a year and inspect and then if anything goes wrong, then they're there. With them one time, we had not used them, we had used other people and we called them. It was a hot summer, and my son has allergies and asthma. They had to put in a new system and they jerry rigged our old one so we did not go with out air conditioning and I thought that was above and beyond. Time flies and we have been using them a long time too.

It was awesome! They came out, and by the next day they installed a new unit. They had some trouble with our old thermostat so it took longer than they anticipated, but they were not leaving until the a/c was working. They were affordable, friendly, and pleasant to work with the whole way through.

It went very well. Jesus was prompt, professional, left everything neat. Before leaving he provided additional information about the attic part of the unit for future reference. He drew a diagram showing motor and circulating pipes in the attic, illustrating how they'd had to be installed very close together and would be expensive to repair/replace if the unit ever breaks down. This was helpful information beyond the limits of the service call.

They were fine and responsive to all the issues and fixed it. My problem is we had to pay for all the labor. They did give us a discount on the labor. They were great, I don't have a problem with them. The furnace I give a D but the company I have no problem with. The furnace is working well now.
