I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... Who can top Advanced Environment Solutions??? Need your system serviced or replaced? Advanced Environment Solutions gets our vote!"

"Joshua Walker came to my residence on 10/9/23 for my 2nd A/C maintenance service. I have a posted sign stating regardless of vaccination status, masks are required. I have a disabled and very sickly parent who has immune issues that lives in the home and I specifically stated that a face mask is required. Joshua stated he is not wearing a mask because masks do not work. I stated to him that masks do work and if he is here to do a service in my house a mask is required. I also stated that he either wear a mask or he can not come into my home. He refused to wear a mask and walked away and left. He sent me an email stating I will be getting a refund of 112.50 and as of today 10/18/23, I haven’t been issued my refund. I reached out to inquire about my refund and haven’t heard back."
